Flow Freely believes that providing options for payment is a tool for economic freedom. We believe that everyone should have access to doula and holistic wellness services. Whether you have Medicaid, prefer a sliding scale, or want to use a payment plan—we have flexible options for you and your family.
Pennsylvania Medicaid now covers doula services for pregnant and postpartum families!
If you have Pennsylvania Medicaid
Prenatal, Labor and Postpartum services are covered at NO cost to you. Medicaid pays Flow Freely directly. You may have a small copay ($0-5, varies by plan)
Flow Freely used the The Green Bottle Method. Please take the time to read and get familiar with the method as it is now used to pay for all services.
Sliding Scale
For doula services, after the initial deposit of $150, we can work together to make a monthly or bi-monthly payment plan that will fit your budget and lifestyle. Also, I’m open to payment in installments with a written and signed agreement.

Family, Friends, or Colleague Contributions
Put doula support on your registry and ask friends and family to contribute what they can. No amount is too small!
