Individual 1:1 Guided Meditations offer the opportunity to privately learn and grow a sustainable mindfulness practice. Group Guided Meditations

A group meditation session offers the opportunity for individuals who join together to practice meditation simultaneously. Instead of meditating alone, participants are able to engage in the practice collectively, while being led by a meditation teacher or guide. Flow Freely provides group sessions that focus on the following:

  • Mindfulness Open Discussion

  • Chanting or Mantra Meditation
