Energy healing has become very important for myself, now I want to share that with others. It has assisted me on my healing journey. I use reiki which is a form of energy healing, using gentle hand movements to guide the flow of healthy energy (what’s known in Reiki as “life force energy”) through the body to help reduce stress and promote healing.
